Casey is best known for his books Cold Sun (2011), Dark Winter (2014), and Upheaval (2016), in which he argues that the Earth is entering a prolonged period of global cooling due to decreased solar activity—a theory he refers to as "solar hibernation."

He contends that this cooling phase will lead to significant climatic, geological, and societal disruptions, including increased earthquakes and volcanic activity.

In his book Dark Winter (2014), Casey argued:

The worst part of the cold period would begin around the late 2020s to early 2030s, intensifying by 2035.

Another former Bush administration official exposed the elites’ fear of the upcoming event on Tucker Carlson's show.

Catherine Austin Fitts states that much of the stolen black-budget money has been used to build underground doomsday bunkers and infrastructure.

In this video, she mentions a 'solar minimum,' but what she really means is the Grand Solar Minimum. They are afraid of the Grand Solar Minimum, when the Sun becomes less active and its magnetic field weakens.

There are Grand Solar Minima and Grand Solar Maxima, which are different from the regular 11-year solar minimum and maximum cycles. During a Grand Solar Minimum, which can last for centuries, the solar maxima are very weak or mild. So don't confuse Grand Solar Minimum with Solar Minimum. (5/14)🧵

This occurred during the period known as the 'Dark Ages,' when, from 536 AD to 540 AD, three consecutive volcanic eruptions plunged the world into literal darkness as the sun was obscured for more than a year. Contemporary records from China, Europe, and the Middle East describe a mysterious fog that dimmed the sun for over 18 months. The Byzantine historian Procopius wrote that "the sun gave forth its light without brightness, like the moon, during the whole year."

During periods of global cooling, the Northern Hemisphere suffers the most and becomes almost uninhabitable.
